MISSION :
Directement rattaché au gérant vous pilotez la performance commerciale et logistique du site.
Axe Commercial :
· Développer et fidéliser votre portefeuille client existant tout en assurant la prospection de nouveaux comptes
· Animer le showroom pour mettre en valeur les produits en les sélectionnant & en les mettant en scène
· Réaliser des devis ou des études en identifiant les solutions répondant à la demande de vos clients
· Établir des propositions de prix, négocier et conclure les ventes avec vos clients
· Relancer les devis, prendre les commandes, suivre les litiges & SAV
· Force de proposition et d’analyse des informations de gestion nécessaires aux prises de décisions et au suivi des performances
Axe Logistique :
· Garantir la réception, stockage et la préparation des marchandises dans les conditions optimales de qualité, sécurité, délais et coût
Profil recherché
De formation en commerce vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie dans la vente en distribution/sanitaire/carrelage/Bricolage avec de bonne connaissance de la gestion d’entrepôt.
Vous avez idéalement une appétence pour le domaine de la décoration
Vous savez donner envie à vos clients et leur inspirer confiance par votre sérieux, votre disponibilité et votre qualité de suivi.
Vous avez une bonne maitrise des outils bureautiques (Word/Excel/Sage).
Le Caces 3 serait un plus
Conditions de travail et avantages
– 39H hebdomadaire
– Salaire fixe + commissions sur marge dégagée
